Lianne is the Business Network Director for non-profit YPO (Global platform for leaders to engage, learn and grow) and certifying as a Leadership Coach helping to build the leaders of tomorrow today.

In 2020, Lianne created The Future Map, a guide to help you address your wants and desires, helping you find flow through a curriculum blurring the boundaries of research, insights and inner wisdom, delivered in love with successful results.

Lianne is an angel investor part of Dazzle Angels. Our goal is to solve the radical gender inequality in early-stage investment management and deployment. We believe that 50% of early- stage funding should be managed by women, and invested into women owned or co-founded businesses

Lianne is an associate at The Creative Leadership Consultancy which is a boutique leadership development house focusing on building traction and impact in organisations through new leadership practices.

She is the co-founding Care Direct; a platform that matches careseekers and caregivers to each other in South Africa.

Lianne was also on the core team of Future Females; which helps females network, engage and connect with networks in cities like Cape Town, London, Brisbane and Berlin.

Lianne has hosted over 1000 events in helping uplift the community through raising awareness of technology while she was Vice-Chair of Silicon Cape (ie Barack Obama’s Road to GES, Startup Bus and Get in the Ring). She founded Renegade Tech Events (Tech Events Business) and HackOn (Hackathon Consulting Service) in 2017 combining her passion for events and technology. Whilst being a Program Manager at the Venture Incubation Program which is pre accelerator program where startups to test and validate new business models and bringing ideas to life

Lianne founded and sold Talent Fusion, a Marketing Talent Agency in 2014 allowing her to help cultivate her passion for helping people find their true career path.

Lianne started her career and worked her way up to Media Manager at Ogilvy with brands like DHand Sun International. She later went to work at O’Keefe and Swartz as a Marketing Consultant before relocating to Cape Town.

Lianne sits on the board of:

  • Girls do Good. A print and digital augmented reality-infused guide colouring book for girls and boys aged 6 – 12 highlighting stories of real superhero’s.

  • Soul Donations, a community project, collecting unwanted goods, raising funds or simply creating further awareness for NPO’s, NGO’s, NPC’s and smaller organisations who don’t have the means to do it for themselves.

Lianne holds a BCom in Industrial Psychology. She is a qualified Serious Lego Facilitator, has studied Entrepreneurial Curriculum at Harvard and studied The Role of Public Partnerships at Graduate School of Business. In her spare time Lianne is studying towards becoming a qualified mindfulness children practitioner with Mindful Mini’s and is qualified as a Death Doula.

Lianne wants to leave the world a little better than she found it and hopes to collaborate and partner with anyone who has the same mindset.
