She is the author of the upcoming book “How a Dusty Rock Becomes a Diamond” – using adversity to your advantage and coming out on top as a leader in the 21st century.

Stha speaks, trains and consults on transformational game-changing leadership, the power of authenticity, self-love, empowering women and creating leaders that leave a legacy. Stha has worked with top entrepreneurs, ambassadors, international speakers, global coaches, CEOs, directors of companies and other decision makers.

Her passion for self-love has resulted in her being called an AFROlutionary which is a visionary with an afro. Her natural hair inspires many women of colour in corporate to do the same. One of her natural hair posts on Twitter went viral after being viewed over a million times in a space of less than 72 hours with more than 22000 likes, 3500 retweets and almost 1000 comments. Many women have since been following her social media pages and reaching out to her where she seeks to inspire and empower women to lead their own lives authentically by powerfully being themselves and going after their dreams.

Stha is passionate about inspiring and empowering women. She is the founder of an NPO called Zanda Zonke Foundation which focuses on women empowerment. Her love for children led to the team incorporating an early childhood development department in the foundation. She believes that the first 7 years of a child's life are the most important years and if proper resources are provided then the child is set up for success. She believes this is the greatest return on investment anyone could ever ask for because the world could be incubating the next greatest invention or a cure to an incurable disease in a little creche in a village somewhere.
